Who operates this site?
Nexus Agentic is an AI agent and automation agency operating remotely from Colombia, with no physical office. You can reach us by email at [email protected] or via WhatsApp.
What information do we collect?
When you use this site's contact form, we collect the name, email, phone (if you give it), and message you voluntarily provide. When you use this site’s AI chat, we store the conversation and, if you share them, your name and contact details. When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy policy applies to that channel, in addition to this one.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages get visited and which links get used (for example, whether the AI chat gets opened or a WhatsApp link gets clicked), so we can improve the site. Clarity also records how the page is used (clicks, scrolling, heatmaps and session recordings); it masks text typed into form fields and the content of AI chat conversations, which never appears in those recordings. These only activate if you accept the consent banner shown on your first visit — if you decline it, or simply ignore it, no analytics script loads at all. We don't collect personally identifiable data beyond what Google/Meta already anonymize by default in their products. You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, which brings the banner back.
What is that information used for?
The contact form sends your message directly to our email (via the Resend provider) so we can reply; that data isn't stored in our own database. AI chat conversations are stored in our systems (hosted on Cloudflare) so we can reply, follow up, and improve the assistant’s answers; messages are processed by OpenAI to generate each reply. We don't use this information for anything other than handling your request.
If you hire our services
If you move forward with a quote or hire a system from us, we do store the information needed to operate it (for example, your customers' data that flows through the AI agent we build for you), always under what's agreed with you at that point.
Who do we share your information with?
We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for the chat, OpenAI to generate the assistant’s replies, and Resend for sending emails) only to operate the site and respond to your messages.
How can I request my data be deleted?
Email us at [email protected] and we'll delete any information we hold about you that we're not required to keep under an active service agreement.
Your rights (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012)
We process your data under Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing decrees. As the data subject you can access, update, and correct your data, request proof of your authorization, learn how it’s used, revoke your authorization or ask us to delete it, and file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC). If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
