Who operates this site?
Nexus Agentic is an AI agent and automation agency operating remotely from Colombia, with no physical office. You can reach us by email at [email protected] or via WhatsApp.
What information do we collect?
When you use this site's contact form, we collect the name, email, and message you voluntarily provide. When you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy policy applies to that channel, in addition to this one.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to understand which pages get visited and which links get used (for example, whether the AI chat gets opened or a WhatsApp link gets clicked), so we can improve the site. These only activate if you accept the consent banner shown on your first visit — if you decline it, or simply ignore it, no analytics script loads at all. We don't collect personally identifiable data beyond what Google/Meta already anonymize by default in their products. You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, which brings the banner back.
What is that information used for?
The contact form sends your message directly to our email (via the Resend provider) so we can reply. We don't store your data in our own database just for reaching out — it's used only to respond to your request.
If you hire our services
If you move forward with a quote or hire a system from us, we do store the information needed to operate it (for example, your customers' data that flows through the AI agent we build for you), always under what's agreed with you at that point.
Who do we share your information with?
We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use infrastructure providers (like Vercel for hosting and Resend for sending emails) only to operate the site and respond to your messages.
How can I request my data be deleted?
Email us at [email protected] and we'll delete any information we hold about you that we're not required to keep under an active service agreement.

If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
