You approve, then it goes live
Nothing reaches production without your sign-off. Once approved, it stays live and we maintain and improve it.
One non-negotiable rule runs through the whole process: the AI never invents or mentions prices, figures, or terms we haven't confirmed. When a customer asks something that needs judgment or sensitive data, the system escalates it to a person instead of improvising an answer. We'd rather say "let me confirm that for you" than make something up.
