How do you stop the AI from inventing answers?

If they give you a blank look at this question, bad sign. An agency that knows what it's doing has a clear answer for how it controls hallucinations — typically, by having the agent answer sensitive data only with approved information and escalate the rest to a person.

How long does it take and what happens after delivery?

• Realistic timelines: serious systems are built in weeks, not in a day nor a year.
• Post-delivery support: what happens when something breaks or you want a change — do they maintain it or leave you alone?
• Testing before production: whether they let you test the system with your cases before it talks to real customers.

An honest agency explains what the investment depends on and gives you clarity before you decide, even if the final number comes from understanding your case. Run from anyone who pressures you with "today only" prices or who can't explain why it costs what it costs.
